FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Ideally newborn sessions are held between 5-20 days of life. This is because brand new babies are the most sleepy and curly so we can get them in those adorable squishy poses safely. Also, baby acne tends to kick in around the second week and while I will retouch blemishes out of your final images, excessive acne can be difficult to remove entirely. While I strongly encourage and prefer that we do the session within the first TWO weeks, I realize that sometimes there are reasons that the session cannot be done within this time frame. Should this happen, I will still photograph "older" newborns, however, some of those desired posed/sleepy shots may not happen.

All studio sessions will take place at my Edmonds, WA studio.

• Newborn sessions are UP TO four hours. I usually can complete the session in about two hours but I do allow up to four hours for those touchy babies that won't settle.
• Milestone sessions are up to an hour and a half.
• Cake Smash Sessions are up to two hours
• Maternity sessions are up to two hour in studio and shot within the hour before sunset if shot outdoors.
• Family sessions are shot within the hour before sunset.
• Senior sessions are shot within the hour before sunset.

I can usually produce a 2 week turn around. If it is my busy season, it could be a little bit longer.
